Believing Through Achieving (BTA) is transforming lives by making martial arts accessible to all—anywhere, anytime. We empower teachers, therapists, and caregivers with a powerful, easy-to-use platform that enables them to teach martial arts in the most comfortable and supportive environment for their students. No prior experience is needed—our structured, step-by-step curriculum ensures that anyone can confidently lead a class, providing students with the benefits of martial arts, including improved focus, emotional regulation, self-confidence, and physical well-being.
At BTA, we break down barriers. Traditional martial arts instruction is often expensive, geographically limited, and inaccessible to those who need it most—individuals with disabilities, children from disadvantaged backgrounds, and those who have faced bullying or trauma. By decentralizing instruction, we bring high-quality martial arts training into homes, therapy sessions, classrooms, and community centers, ensuring that every student, regardless of their circumstances, has the opportunity to grow stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Your support turns our mission into action—expanding crucial curriculum, reaching out to more underserved communities, and supporting the educators and therapists who continue to guide each student forward.
BTA addresses critical access challenges—both financial and geographic—by decentralizing martial arts instruction, making it affordable and accessible to anyone, anywhere.

Revolutionizing Movement Therapy Through Martial Arts
Unmatched Success in Enhancing Self-Confidence and Sensory Processing
We’ve transformed martial arts into a therapeutic toolkit, empowering teachers, therapists, caregivers, and parents to deliver the benefits with the confidence of a black belt. We strengthen self-confidence, support sensory integration, and make therapeutic growth accessible to all.
Here’s where hope shines through: martial arts. Renowned not just for physical development but for fostering mental and emotional growth, martial arts is a proven ally in improving the lives of individuals with autism.
It’s a practice that nurtures discipline, focus, and, importantly, sensory integration.
However, access to quality martial arts training is a significant barrier, with geography, finances, and the scarcity of skilled instructors standing in the way.
Life College is a revolutionary accredited institution that provides higher learning and vocational training to foster independence, employment, and overall well-being for all of their students.
The best part of their program is that it enables our therapists to take the role of instructor – they can easily incorporate the platform into their pre-planned goals as supplementary curriculum.
“Confirms positive effects of 8-week adapted judo training in repetitive behaviors, interaction, communication and emotional responses in children with ASD.”
